We help plan, promote, and protect the Beach brand through:
- strategy development informed by market research and performance insights;
- central communications programs across multiple market segments spanning websites, publications, email, social media, advertising, and news media outreach and inquiries;
- the university identity system and campus standards for design and editorial style;
- issue and incident readiness, monitoring, and response; and
- collaborations with other university divisions on key, high-profile projects.

Associate Vice President
Jeff began his service as the university's chief communications & brand officer in 2019. Previously, he held this and allied roles at several institutions, including two sister campuses of the Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹State University. After completing high school and undergraduate studies in New York, he earned his master's degree in nonprofit management at the University of San Francisco.
